The UID Branding books are digital products. Please read these terms before you buy, the most important point is that purchases are final.
No refunds on digital products
Because each book is delivered instantly as a downloadable file, all sales are final. Once your order is confirmed and the download is made available, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded. If your file is missing or will not open, contact us and we will make it right.
Digital products
The books are sold as digital PDF e-books for personal or organisational use. Sharing, reselling or republishing the files is not permitted without written permission.
Payment
Payment is handled securely through the checkout provider connected to this storefront. Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency.
Delivery
Delivery is digital. The order confirmation and download are sent to the email address used during checkout, normally within a few minutes.
Right of withdrawal
For digital content delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has started, which you accept at checkout. This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty.
